Stir-Fried Chye Sim

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 small bunches (200g/bunch) of Chye Sim, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced finely
  • 1 red chili, diced finely
  • 2 Tbsps. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Method

  • In a large pan, cook the garlic and red chilies in oil, until the garlic browns slightly.
  • Add the greens and cook on a high flame for about 2 minutes.
  • Lower the flame and cook on a simmering flame until the stems soften.
  • Add oyster sauce and salt.
  • Mix well, dish out and serve.
