Ingredients
- 1 large hard tofu (taukwa)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chili, finely diced
- 5 Tbsps. olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until a smooth paste forms – a little water may be required.
- Serve with carrot, cucumber and bell pepper sticks.
