Tofu Dip

Serves: 4 – 6

Ingredients

  • 1 large hard tofu (taukwa)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili, finely diced
  • 5 Tbsps. olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until a smooth paste forms – a little water may be required.
  • Serve with carrot, cucumber and bell pepper sticks.
